1. Applicability
This Returns & Refunds policy applies to paid advisory engagements and workshops arranged directly with Nodehub Focus where no separate enterprise agreement overrides these terms. Published prices are informational until confirmed in writing.
2. Cooling-off for Remote Purchases
Where Korean consumer regulations grant a withdrawal window for distance contracts, you may cancel within fourteen calendar days of purchase unless services have begun with your explicit request and acknowledgment that withdrawal rights may lapse once delivery starts.
3. Full Refunds
If we cancel a scheduled workshop or advisory block before work begins, we refund prepaid fees in full or reschedule at your preference.
4. Partial Refunds
If delivery partially completes before a dispute arises, refunds align with milestones not yet attained, minus non-refundable pass-through costs identified upfront (venue deposits, third-party licenses).
5. Non-refundable Items
Custom research purchases, third-party license fees, or travel expenses billed at cost are non-refundable once incurred, as stated in your engagement letter.
6. Request Steps
Email hello@nodehub-focus.one with engagement reference, dates, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days and may schedule a short call to align on facts.
7. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds return to the original payment path within fourteen business days after approval, subject to banking timelines. Currency conversions may apply based on your institution.
8. Chargebacks and Good Faith
We encourage discussing issues before filing payment disputes so engineering teams retain context. Bad-faith chargebacks may void future engagements.
9. Consumer Rights in Korea
Nothing here limits mandatory consumer protections under the Republic of Korea. For unresolved complaints, you may pursue remedies available through Korea Consumer Agency guidance or competent courts.
